For every new customer you refer to Vitalize MD you will receive an extra 2,500 points—that’s half way to your first reward, and our little way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

Points are awarded at the time of treatment. When you refer a new patient, you will be rewarded 2,500 points at the time of the new patient’s first treatment. Points expire after 3 months. Vitalize MD has the right to cancel this reward program at any time.
